Warzone Season 1 launches on November 6, 2026, with two new maps, fresh weapons and gadgets, and a reset to players’ levels. The update also brings mechanics inspired by the Modern Warfare 4 campaign to Battle Royale and Resurgence.
Hajin is the new Battle Royale map. Set along the border between North and South Korea, it combines commercial high-rises, residential areas and military bases. Its coastal inlets also offer routes by land and sea.
Resurgence gets Zodiac, a map centered on a drone manufacturing plant. Its locations include industrial buildings, underground tunnels, old mines, solar farms and a research and development department. A train also runs through the map.
Season 1 adds movable cover, including wheeled containers, and a zipline launcher that lets players create new routes into elevated areas. The source does not provide further details on the full range of weapons and gadgets included in the update.
Players who would rather return to familiar locations can look forward to Verdansk and Rebirth Island in a mid-season update. Verdansk is also due to receive new points of interest.
